Description

The direct sequel to Tetsujin came out in 1992, nearly 30 years after original series. It contains 47 episodes

Masato Kaneda is a spirited young boy and the son of the legendary Shotaro Kaneda, the original controller of the historic iron giant. Years after the initial wars, Masato’s brilliant mother, Dr. Yoko Kaneda, spearheads a top-secret national initiative to engineer the ultimate defender for the 21st century: the superconductive super-robot, Tetsujin 28 FX. Masato is granted exclusive possession of the grid-link controller, a sleek and secure command firearm known as the Grid Lancer, giving him absolute synchronization over the almighty machine. Just like his father's legacy, if this weaponized remote slips into the clutches of the Neo-Black Dan or other global terrorist factions, the world's greatest guardian will become a weapon of absolute destruction. Whenever global peace is threatened by advanced mechanical syndicates, Masato, alongside his tech-genius mother and the global detective network, must unleash the overwhelming power of our modern metallic superhero.
